After our session, your AI won't need explaining to. You won't be watching tutorials, cobbling together prompts, or starting from scratch every time you open a new conversation. It will know your business, your tone, your style — and it will be ready to use.

What I can get you is ninety percent of the way there. The last ten percent is where it becomes yours — where you start using it in your actual week, and it begins to feel like a natural extension of how you think and work. No consultant can give you that part. It only comes from doing.

I'm Kiara.

I spent twenty years in marketing and consumer research across retail and FMCG, the kind of work where you learn to cut through noise, read data, and find what actually makes an impact. I've also run a small family business, so I know what it feels like when every hour counts and there's nobody to delegate to.

When AI tools arrived, I was fascinated. I tested everything, broke most of it, and figured out how to make it genuinely useful — not in a techy, complicated way, but in a "this just saved me 2 hours on a Tuesday" way.

Now I help women running small businesses get set up properly, so AI actually fits into their week instead of adding to it.

Before You Decide

Yes — in fact, that's exactly who this is built for. You don't need any technical background or prior experience with AI tools. The whole point of the session is to get you properly set up from the beginning, so you're not building on a shaky foundation.

The Workshop itself is 90 minutes, max. Before that, there's a short questionnaire (10 minutes) and a Discovery Call (20–30 minutes). After the Workshop, we have a brief follow-up call once you've had time to use everything. All in, you're looking at around two and a half hours spread across a couple of weeks.

We decide together during the Discovery Call. You'll have the list of options in advance, but the conversation will help us identify which one will make the biggest difference to your week right now. I'll have everything prepped before the Workshop so we can hit the ground running.

It's a hands-on session — you're not watching a demo, you're using the tools. By the end of it, your AI Training Profile is live, your prompt pack is built, and your chosen workflow is set up and running. Nothing is left as homework.

You get your Toolkit Handover Doc — plain-English instructions for everything we built together. Then, after you've had time to use it in the real world, we have a short follow-up call to answer questions and tweak anything that needs it.

What you learn in our session isn't tied to one tool. You're building fluency — how to communicate with AI, how to get useful output, how to make it work for your business.
